A Day of Discovery at Ramona STEM Academy

Today, our future students from Ysleta Pre-K had an exciting visit to Ramona STEM Academy, where they engaged in various enriching activities. They explored the kindergarten classrooms, participating in writing exercises that sparked their creativity. The students also visited the gym, meeting the enthusiastic coaches who shared insights about physical fitness and teamwork. A highlight of their tour was the MakerSpace Lab, where they witnessed the wonders of technology and innovation. They enjoyed some time on the playground, fostering social interactions and physical play. The cafeteria visit introduced them to the importance of nutrition and communal dining. The day concluded with a fun bubble-making activity, using a special bubble wand crafted with 3D printers in the MakerSpace Lab, leaving the students with memorable experiences and a sense of wonder about learning and creativity.
